 Kel Gibson: Principal
The principal, Kel Gibson has been a Broker since 1986, and is currently a committee member of the Real Estate Institute (NSW) Business Brokers Chapter. He holds Degrees in Economics and Sociology and is accredited by the Real Estate Institute (NSW) as a Business Sales Specialist, the only accredited Business Agent in the area. Kel was a finalist in the Real Estate Institute (NSW) "Awards For Excellence in Business Agency" in 2002. In 2004 he won the Real Estate Institute's "Award For Excellence In Business Agency" for New South Wales. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Accredited Auctioneer, Stock and Station Agent and the ONLY Accredited Business Agent on the Mid North Coast.
Continued Further education in Business Agency Practice and Business Valuation, is of the highest priority for the team at Coffs Harbour Business Brokers.

 Angie Gibson: Principal
Angie Gibson has been in the property industry for over 16 years. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Property Manager with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.
She offers customers and clients of Coffs Harbour Business Brokers expertise in property management, leases and marketing. Angie has completed courses in Business Brokerage in 2002/2003 with the Real Estate Institute.
Angie's excellent negotiating and marketing skills combined with a real empathy towards seller and purchaser have ensured a high level of success, leaving all parties pleased with the result.

2004 REINSW Award For Excellence In Business Agency Winner – Kel Gibson - The only Accredited Business Agent on the Mid North Coast The real estate industry’s top performers for 2004 were honoured in October at the annual Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) Awards for Excellence. The Awards, which cover 18 areas of real estate practice, are the State’s premier honour for real estate professionals. REINSW President, Rowen Kelly, said the Awards recognise members of the real estate industry judged by their peers to have set the benchmark for professional standards in their specialist fields over the last 12 months. He said the winners are agents who have achieved excellence in professionalism and have exhibited a commitment to fostering and developing high standards of industry practice. “These awards not only recognise outstanding performance but honour those who have lifted the bar in professional practice and set the standards for other agents to emulate,” Mr Kelly said. “These awards reflect the diversity of activities in the sectors and the rewarding career opportunities the real estate industry offers,” he said. Accredited Business Broker and Principal of Coffs Harbour Business Brokers, Kel Gibson took out the Award for Excellence for 2004 in Business Agency. Mr Kelly said “Mr Gibson’s high standard of marketing, specialist knowledge in his field and professionalism was an outstanding achievement in the challenging field of Business Agency Practice”.
